How to book

Please read through the room purpose statement and the room capacity below. If the space is suitable for you, check if the room is free for the required time via the blue 'Availability' button. Then book via the blue 'Book' button.

Food and drink

As a general rule, we allow light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in our meeting rooms. If you have specific requirements, please contact us at centralcommunityhub@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz

    Room purpose statement

    The kaupapa of the Te Mārama Room is to offer a free, bookable space that can be easily accessed and used by members of the public. It is a non-commercial space and is intended for activities and gatherings that would generally benefit the community at no cost. This is a great space for language groups, RPG groups, book clubs, or community meet ups.

    Bookings in this room during library opening hours and can be made for up to four hours per day, up to three months in advance. If you have any special requirements, or would like to make a longer-term booking, please contact our team at centralcommunityhub@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz
