This facility is currently under council management for 12-24 weeks. Community Builders New Zealand Trust will be taking on the management of Clover Park Community House from 1 July 2019 onwards.

  • In December 1957 the house and farmland was sold to Harry Montague and Ida Israel. They named this room after Margo Klippel-Israel in recognition of her work at the University of Auckland.

  • The farm name had been changed to the Phoenix Farm because of the phoenix palm trees lining the driveway from the Boundary Road entrance – now the Manukau Velodrome. The name was chosen in reflection of the phoenix palm trees.
