We are restoring Nathan Homestead Pukepuke to ensure this historically significant asset is available for future generations.
Construction started in July 2024 and we expect work to be complete by July 2025.

Built in 1925, Nathan Homestead Pukepuke is a beautifully maintained heritage arts, culture and event centre, conveniently located just off the Southern motorway. The Homestead offers a range of spaces for events including weddings, birthdays, special functions, classes, meetings and more. While the restoration work takes place on the Homestead itself, the only rooms available for hire are the:
- Theatre
- Meeting Room
All other rooms including the Dining Room, Drawing Room, Ground Floor Function Package, Music Room, Painting Studio, Reading Room, Sculpture Studio and Workshop are unavailable for hire during this time.

The Theatre is a multi-purpose performing arts and event space, that features theatre lighting, curtains and staging. Please note, the Theatre no longer includes exclusive use of the bathrooms, kitchen and Theatre foyer, as these are now shared spaces with other users.

The ground floor function package is a versatile reception and event space it is characterised by the original arts and craft style architecture of the 1920's. It features a grand stairwell, lead-light glass work and dramatic views into the garden.
Kitchen Facilities are located on the first floor. You may hire the Grand Piano for $53.00 and Marquee Site for $200.00
There is a mandatory $110.00 cleaning fee if you are having food at your event.
