Activities and programmes

Programmes offered are based on community need and demand and are run in conjunction with Clendon Park Community House. These may vary from school term to school term. They can include:

• after school bible study for kids
• church and youth groups
• computing
• cooking classes
• drivers licensing
• drug and alcohol courses
• HIPPY
• Tai chi.

The community centre also provides office services such as photocopying, faxing, laminating.

Rooms available for hire

Monday to Sunday, 9am-9pm:

• Main room - accommodates 15-20 people
• Small room - accommodates 10 people
• Whare Manaaki - accommodates 15-20 people
• Office space is available for hire with costs to be negotiated with the House Manager.

Main room
Community group, not-for-profit $10 per session (up to three hours).
Government funded, private ownership, externally funded $20 per session (up to three hours).

Small room
Community group, not-for-profit $10 per session (up to three hours).
Government funded, private ownership, externally funded $20 per session (up to three hours).

Whare Manaaki
Community group, not-for-profit $10 per session (up to three hours).
Government funded, private ownership, externally funded $20 per session (up to three hours).

Please note: Room prices do not include GST. Sessions are three hours or part thereof.
