Ōtara Music Arts Centre
Description
Ōtara Music Arts Centre (OMAC) is one of only two local government funded community centres that boasts a recording studio. We provide a friendly and creative environment that allows aspiring artists to focus on their musical dream.
The recording studio is open to community groups, choirs, school groups, bands and individual musicians.
The main hall is a rehearsal and performance space available for hire, and is suitable for music, dance and other performing arts. With a capacity of 150 it is fully equipped with high ceilings, floor to ceiling black curtains, sound system, green room, staging pieces, and kitchen facilities.
